These Terms and Conditions govern your use of profitablechairchallenge.com and your participation in The Profitable Chair Challenge ("the Challenge"), operated by Karen Hardee / SalonTech. By using the site or registering, you agree to these terms.
The training
The Challenge is a free, live, online training delivered across two evenings, with an optional VIP build session. Sessions are held on Zoom. Dates, content, and format may change, and replay availability may be limited.
Registration and eligibility
You agree to provide accurate registration information. The Challenge is intended for individuals who are 18 or older. Your registration is for your personal use and should not be shared.
No guarantees
The Challenge is educational in nature. Any examples or ideas shared are for illustration only. Individual results depend on many factors, including your own effort and circumstances, and we do not guarantee any particular outcome or result.
Intellectual property
All content presented in the Challenge and on this site, including videos, materials, copy, and branding, is owned by the operator or its licensors. It is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not record, reproduce, or redistribute it without written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site or the training, interfere with its operation, infringe others' rights, or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
Third-party services
The Challenge relies on third-party services such as Zoom and our registration platform, each governed by its own terms.
